Well Newark Study

About the study

The Well-Being Lab at Rutgers-Newark is interested in learning about how you are feeling and what you are experiencing in daily life. Participants will participate in online self-improvement activities over a series of weeks. Through mini-mobile surveys and in-person lab visits to obtain simple health measures, we hope to learn about the emotional and physiological changes these activities can have.
